The frameworks and tools in The Change Mindset act as a basis for advising leaders from corporates to educational institutions and NGOs about the challenges and opportunities of leading change.
Aperture - Leadership Through The Lens
We also commit time to non-profit, educational and humanitarian projects by offering documentary photography and consulting services to clients including the World Health Organization in Africa (https://tdr.who.int/) and The Children's Initiative in Latin America (http://childrensinitiative.org/). Selected images from these engagements provide a free online resource that can be used to explore themes of leadership and change. Used directly online or in physical workshops using high quality picture cards, leaders and teams can explore and address intangible business challenges such as identity, purpose, culture, innovation and change through images and dialogue.
